Monday 20th April - walks ** – Felixstowe Ferry and the prom for chips – sunny periods and tad chilly.

A bit of a disturbed night but did doze off missing Mags early morning sunny walk but I did head in the van just before 6.30 for a drive down to Felixstowe Ferry and the golf course was white with frost! After a few pics there and at The Fludyers I returned home to warm up under the electric blanket. The early sun quickly disappeared and only returned in patches and remaining chilly so todays exercises were done indoors with the fan heater on! With no bread in the house we headed out in search of somewhere to eat out, after a stop in the town for a few things we headed down to the seafront past Harvest House, we checked to cafe in the Spa Gardens but did not fancy anything there so walked on to buy sausage and chips which we ate on the pier, not overly pleasant in the chilly breeze from the NNE and were pleased to head for home to make a hot water bottle.
After a pretty lean spell for TV weather pics good old Chris Page used one of mean taken at Felixstowe Ferry this morning:)
